On Sunday, Jon Cryer was labeled "crazy woke" by Bill Maher on his "Club Random" podcast for not criticizing Islam's strict dress code for women.

The show began with a disagreement between Maher and Cryer over the impact of illegal immigration on the Democratic Party.

In London, where nearly 4 million people identified as Muslim in the 2021 census, Maher discussed the decline of western standards.

He informed Cryer that the objective was to convey that certain locations in western civilizations do not adhere to western standards, yet this does not imply they are merely distinct.

"If you don't agree that women should be able to wear what they want, you're not a liberal."

While Maher argued that women should be allowed to wear what they want, Cryer countered by stating that many places globally restrict women's freedom to dress as they please.

Cryer contended that in numerous locations, women were frequently subjected to catcalling. Maher dismissed this claim with skepticism.

"What's happening in the world now?" Maher asked. "Would you really want your wife to live in Gaza or somewhere else and have to cover up?"

"It's not my culture" was Cryer's hesitation to criticize the strict rules for women in those places.

"You won't judge it?" Maher asked.

"Cryer responded, "I won't judge it.""

"That's crazy woke to me," Maher remarked.

The host of the talk show, who often criticizes the far-left, stated that liberals who tolerate intolerance in the name of diversity have lost their way.

"When we became so tolerant that we tolerate intolerance, that's where it went off the rails," Maher said. "You would never allow something like that to happen in this country."

The pair later argued over "woke" politics within the Democratic Party and illegal immigration hurting Democrats in the election.

Trump's re-election was a result of "stupid wokeness" and the open borders policies of the Biden administration, according to Maher.

At the beginning of the show, Cryer joked that he was "stupid woke." Later, he asserted that the true reason behind President-elect Donald Trump's election victory was due to Americans' dislike of inflation, Black women, and transgender individuals.

Cryer expressed his dismay as he remarked that Americans hate inflation, riots, Black women, and trans people. He added that they have spent hundreds of millions of dollars demonizing trans people, which is disgusting.

"Jon, Maher sighed heavily and said we shouldn't discuss politics."
