A New York City courtroom delivered justice.
Hannity laments the Penny case being brought.
On "Hannity," Planet Chronicle host Sean Hannity discusses the outcome of the Daniel Penny trial.
In a New York City courtroom, justice was served today as the jury found Daniel Penny not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the subway death of Jordan Neely. This decision came after the manslaughter charge was dismissed by the judge on Friday, as the jury was deadlocked and failed to reach a unanimous decision.
The fact that this case was ever brought forward is a complete injustice. ... How is this person supposed to react when you have a mentally unstable homeless person, with a history of confrontations with law enforcement, in a subway car threatening to kill himself and everyone else in that subway car?
Daniel Penny bravely intervened as a Good Samaritan to safeguard everyone in the subway and those nearby.
