A California teacher confronts a student wearing a Trump hat on Election Day, demanding security to remove him.
The teacher cautioned, "I don't care, fire me if you must. I'm fighting for my daughter, my nieces, and their rights."
On Election Day, a California high school teacher verbally attacked a student wearing a Trump hat, claiming the student was voting for a "rapist" and demanding security to remove him from the classroom.
An audio recording of an incident that occurred at Chino High School in southern California on November 5 was obtained by Corey DeAngelis, a senior fellow for the American Culture Project.
"The teacher says to the student in a clip posted to X, "A child molester? That's the person you want to vote for? I have a daughter, three nieces, and he'd rape them. And people are voting for him. Christians are voting for him, a bunch of losers. Fake Christians.""
"Just do the warm-up, I'm pissed. People voting for a rapist and I'm pissed off," he continued. "I don't care, fire the hell out of me. I'm fighting for my daughter, my nieces, their rights."
The student was shouted at by the teacher to turn off the device and return to their seat. Afterwards, the teacher made a phone call to remove the student from the classroom.
"I need security assistance. There's a boy wearing a Trump hat and I won't tolerate it today," he stated.
The teacher berates the student, saying, "I don't care if you have a Harris hat or a Trump hat, you're out of here. You know better. Then tell Principal Miller 'I should have the right to vote for a rapist and a child molester,' go for it. I don't give a F!"
"Principal Miller challenged the student to inform him that they are allowed to wear a rapist hat. The student responded by saying, 'Go for it!' However, the student was later told to inform their mother and leave the class. The reason for this was that the teacher stood up for girls' rights."
The teacher persists in arguing that the voters' desire to remove 20 million immigrants is misguided, and instead, Trump should depart the country because Native Americans have a rightful claim to the land.
The district is currently investigating the incident and considering any potential disciplinary action, according to a spokesperson.
The Chino Valley Unified School District is currently investigating an audio recording of a Chino High School teacher and his conduct with students following last week's election. While the District cannot provide details about the teacher and any potential disciplinary action, District administrators are working with school site personnel to ensure that students are provided with an educational environment where their learning and wellbeing remain the priority.
