Firefighters battling Los Angeles wildfires receive a shoutout from WWE star CM Punk.
Since Tuesday, Los Angeles has been battling wildfires.
In San Jose, California, CM Punk began "Monday Night Raw" by addressing the audience.
Punk acknowledged the first responders and emergency personnel fighting the fires in the Los Angeles area before discussing his aspirations of getting to WrestleMania 41 and taking another jab at Seth Rollins.
"Before we discuss CM Punk's business, I need to quickly acknowledge the firefighters and first responders in California and the surrounding states who are working tirelessly to fight this natural disaster. I want to express my gratitude to everyone in Canada and Mexico who is also sending help. Thank you for your efforts."
Last week, "Monday Night Raw" made its debut on Netflix at the Intuit Dome, with Punk emerging victorious in the first main event of the new era, defeating Rollins.
More than two dozen people were killed in the devastation.
Officials warned earlier Monday the threat to the area is not over.
Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley stated that we are not yet in the clear and we must remain vigilant.
