Report: Woman Testifies to Having Sex with Matt Gaetz at Age 17
On Wednesday, Donald Trump, the president-elect, appointed Matt Gaetz as his attorney general.
The House Ethics Committee was informed by a woman that she had sexual relations with Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., when she was just 17 years old.
On Thursday, ABC News reported that the woman testified to the committee in its investigation into Gaetz. The investigation has now ceased after House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., announced that Gaetz resigned from Congress on Wednesday.
Hours after President-elect Trump appointed Gaetz as his attorney general, a resignation announcement was made.
The House Ethics Committee's chief counsel did not respond to Planet Chronicle Digital's inquiry.
