On Saturday, Israel's air force carried out surgical strikes against the Houthi terrorist regime in Yemen, which is backed by Iran.

The IDF fighter jets bombed Houthi military targets near the Al Hudaydah Port in Yemen after hundreds of attacks were launched against Israel in recent months.

The Home Front Command has stated that there are no changes to its defensive guidelines. If there are any updates to the guidelines, the public will be informed.

On Friday, a lethal drone was fired into Tel Aviv by the Houthi movement, killing an Israeli and injuring at least 10 people, and causing severe damage to buildings. The attack occurred near the U.S. consulate building in Tel Aviv.

Yoav Gallant, Israel's Minister of Defense, stated after the Yemen strikes: "The Yemen fire is visible throughout the Middle East. When the Houthis injured an Israeli citizen for the first time, we retaliated. We will do so again in any location necessary."

Gallant stated that the significance of the fire in Yemen is clear, emphasizing the message to Israel's enemies of the potential consequences they may face.

The Houthis have attacked us over 200 times. The first time they harmed an Israeli citizen, we retaliated. We will do the same in any location where necessary. The blood of Israeli citizens is not without consequence. This has been demonstrated in Lebanon, Gaza, Yemen, and other regions. If they attack us again, the outcome will be the same.

The Hezbollah terrorist regime, which is the de facto ruler over Lebanon, is being referred to in the input sentence.

An official from the Houthi group announced on a public Telegram board that Israeli airstrikes hit civilian facilities, oil tanks, and a power station in al-Hudaydah.

According to Iran International, Houthi-linked media reported that several people were killed. A Houthi official informed Al Mayadeen, a pro-Hezbollah news outlet in Lebanon, that the Houthi regime will retaliate against Israel for the IDF strikes in Lebanon. The "axis of resistance," comprised of the U.S.-designated terrorist entity Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthi regime, and the Islamic Republic of Iran, is an anti-American and anti-Israel alliance.

According to sources cited by Al-Masirah TV, the Houthi-run television news outlet, the IDF strikes on Saturday targeted oil refining facilities in the Hodeidah port, as reported by Iran International.

According to Al Arabiya, which is owned by Saudi Arabia, 12 Israeli aircraft, including an F35, targeted the port of Hodeidah.

The Israeli public was unsettled by the Friday drone attack because the country's aerial defense system failed to intercept the lethal projectile, possibly due to human error. Tel Aviv is the second-largest city in Israel. The IDF's aerial assault in Yemen appears to be the first-ever Israeli attack on the Arab country, which has been devastated by the Houthi movement.

On Saturday, Israel's Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant met with the IDF Chief of the General Staff, Director General of the Ministry of Defense, IAF Commander, Head of the Operations Directorate, Head of the Intelligence Directorate, Head of the Strategic Affairs Directorate, Military Secretary to the Minister of Defense, and Head of the Policy and POL-MIL Bureau to approve operational plans.

Yoav Gallant, Israel's Defense Minister, stated in a morning assessment that he reviewed the necessary steps to enhance the country's defense systems in response to the events of the previous night, as well as the intelligence and operational actions required against those responsible for the attack.

We must prepare for every scenario and arena in the year 2024, which is marked by war.

An error occurred on Friday, said Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, a spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces. "We are investigating the entire chain," he added.

The U.S. State Department and National Security Council received press queries from Planet Chronicle Digital regarding Iran's funding, arming, and direction of its terror proxies in their attacks on Israel and the wider world. Hagari stated that the U.S. will continue to do everything in its power to protect Israel's people and borders.

The Houthis' slogan is: "Allah is great, death to America, death to Israel, curse the Jews, victory to Islam."
