According to reports by the Times of Israel, at least seven Hezbollah operatives were killed Friday by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) after the terrorist group fired roughly 100 rockets across northern Israel.
At least two of the terrorists killed in the day's strikes were part of the group's Rocket and Missile Unit, according to IDF sources confirmed with Planet Chronicle Digital.
In southern Lebanon, the Israeli Air Force killed Muhammad Mahmoud Negm, a "significant" operative.
According to IDF officials, the IAF also struck a terrorist named Saeed Mahmoud Daeb in the area of Tyre.
The IDF reportedly killed four other operatives in separate strikes across southern Lebanon, including a hit on a Hezbollah cell preparing to launch rocket fire from the village of Tayr Harfa.
No Israeli casualties have been reported after the day's events in the Jewish state.
Hezbollah fired 40 projectiles across the Lebanese border into Israel, with Upper Galilee appearing to be the main target.
The IDF stated that certain projectiles were intercepted, but did not provide a specific number.
An all-out war with Iran is imminent as Jerusalem has been preparing for it following threats made by Tehran earlier this month.
