Trump introduces Georgia activist who steals the show at Atlanta rally: 'Incredible'
At the campaign rally, Trump was referred to as 'Big T' by Michaelah Montgomery.
A Georgia activist stole the show at a rally in Atlanta on Saturday, after being introduced by former President Trump.
At the Georgia State University Convocation Center, Trump invited Michaelah Montgomery to the stage during his speech. He introduced her as someone he met at a restaurant this year.
Trump acknowledged that Montgomery, a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, had publicly praised him for supporting historically Black colleges and universities.
Trump recalled, "She looked at me and said, 'It's President Trump. You saved my college.' I asked, 'How the hell do you know that?' She was so smart and sharp."
"She kissed me and I said, 'I think I'm never going back home to the first lady.'"
"You were supposed to keep that quiet," Montgomery laughed.
The former president praised Montgomery, calling her "incredible" and predicting a "tremendous future," and pledged to assist her in any way possible before allowing her to speak.
"The conservative activist started by adding to the comments made by others and emphasizing the importance of spreading the message. He stated that the struggle is meaningless if it only involves discussing it among ourselves."
Montgomery stated that she was the founder of an organization called Conserve the Culture, which aims to mobilize HBCU students to promote a conservative message.
My family needs this message more than anyone else, so do you all truly care?" Montgomery asked the cheering crowd. "Are you with us in earnest?
"I'ma give it back to Big T."
The rally occurred following Trump's criticism by the White House for his remarks at the NABJ convention regarding Vice President Harris' race.
"She was always of Indian heritage, and she was only promoting Indian heritage," Trump said. "I didn't know she was Black until a number of years ago when she happened to turn Black. And now she wants to be known as Black. So, I don't know, is she Indian or is she Black?"
On Wednesday, Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson commended Trump for addressing challenging inquiries during the conference.
Carson praised his friend @realdonaldtrump for bravely facing tough questions in a hostile environment at @NABJ.
The Trump campaign did not respond to Planet Chronicle Digital's inquiry.
