Trump criticizes Wray's testimony about being hit with shrapnel instead of a bullet.
Trump stated that his sole focus is on destroying J6 Patriots, raiding Mar-a-Lago, and saving radical left lunatics.
On Thursday evening, former President Donald Trump criticized FBI Director Christopher Wray on his Truth Social platform about the assassination attempt on him during a congressional hearing.
Trump was shot in the ear during a rally in Butler, Penn., on July 13, and Wray testified that he was unsure if it was a bullet that caused the injury.
At Wednesday's hearing, Wray stated that there is some uncertainty regarding whether the object that struck former President Trump's ear was a bullet or shrapnel.
Trump attacked Wray, whom he appointed as FBI director in 2017, following the hearing.
Trump wrote on his social media site that FBI Director Christopher Wray told Congress yesterday that he wasn't sure if he was hit by shrapnel, glass, or a bullet (the FBI never even checked!), but he was sure that Crooked Joe Biden was physically and cognitively "uneventful" - Wrong!
He is solely focused on destroying J6 Patriots, raiding Mar-a-Lago, and saving Radical Left Lunatics, who are now burning American flags and spray painting over our great National Monuments, with no retribution.
"Unfortunately, a bullet struck my ear, causing significant damage. Despite the absence of glass or shrapnel, the hospital classified it as a "bullet wound to the ear." This has led to a loss of confidence in the once-renowned FBI."
At the rally, Trump was shot in his right ear and U.S. Secret Service agents quickly surrounded him, lifted him off the stage, and escorted him down the stairs and into a waiting vehicle.
Thomas Matthew Crooks, a 20-year-old presumed shooter, was shot dead by the Secret Service. Two other individuals were injured from gunfire, and former firefighter Corey Comperatore died at the scene while protecting his family.
Trump was admitted to a hospital, received treatment, and then appeared at the Republican National Convention with an ear bandage shortly after.
After testifying before Congress this week, Kimberly Cheatle, who was the director of the Secret Service at the time, resigned despite facing calls for her resignation.
Wray now faces similar scrutiny, including House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La.
Johnson stated at the hearing, "Although we've viewed the video, analyzed it, and heard it from various sources with different perspectives, I'm not convinced it makes a significant difference."
Johnson stated that Wray did not provide all the expected information.
Johnson expressed frustration and concern about the leadership of these agencies.
