On Thursday, during a hearing on the U.S. Secret Service's failures that led to two assassination attempts against President-elect Trump, the director of the Secret Service and a Texas congressman had a heated argument.
Rep. Pat Fallon, R-Texas, was shouted at by Acting Secret Service director Ronald Rowe after criticizing the service for security breaches that put Trump at risk of assassination.
Fallon was reprimanded by Rowe, who exclaimed, "You're out of line, congressman!"
