Michelle Obama celebrates her birthday with her husband, who avoids key public events.

Earlier this year, Michelle Obama marked her 61st birthday on January 17 and commemorated 32 years of marriage with former President Obama.

On Friday, Michelle Obama received a birthday message from her former husband, Barack Obama, who referred to her as "the love of my life."

The former first lady has turned 61 and has been mostly absent from public appearances in recent weeks. She will not attend President-elect Trump's inauguration on Monday and was not present at former President Carter's funeral last week.

The former president honored his wife on her birthday by posting a tribute on Instagram, expressing his gratitude for her presence in his life. He wrote, "You bring warmth, wisdom, humor, and grace to every room you enter, and you do it effortlessly. I am fortunate to share life's adventures with you. Happy birthday, love!"

Michelle later posted on X with the caption "Love you, honey!" and included a heart emoji and a blowing kiss emoji.

According to sources close to Michelle, she plans to boycott Trump's inauguration due to her strong dislike for the Republican president-elect.

During her speeches at the Democratic National Convention in August, the former first lady repeatedly criticized Trump, accusing him of spreading "racist lies" and opposing her husband's political career because of his race.

Despite being frequently suggested as a potential Democratic presidential candidate, the source stated that the former first lady has no desire to be a public figure anymore, now that her public service has concluded.

The former president will not be present at Trump's inauguration, but former Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and their spouses are scheduled to attend the Jan. 20 inauguration event.

Last year, there were unconfirmed rumors that Barack Obama had been involved in a romantic affair with actress Jennifer Aniston, which allegedly put a strain on his marriage with Michelle Obama.

Aniston vehemently refuted the rumors, asserting to Jimmy Kimmel, "That is completely false. … I am more familiar with Michelle than he is."

An Obama representative instructed Planet Chronicle Digital to cease commenting at the time.
