Kennedy receives endorsement from Trump-Vance base: "They both have my heart"
A Trump supporter believes Kennedy's endorsement could be monumental.
Supporters of former President Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. claim they support Kennedy's endorsement of the former president and GOP 2024 presidential nominee, stating that both men possess their "heart."
Supporters at a Trump campaign rally in Glendale, Arizona, were interviewed by Planet Chronicle Digital on Friday, just hours after Kennedy suspended his campaign and urged voters to support the Trump-Vance ticket in swing states.
One Trump supporter stated, "If Kennedy is genuine about improving the country for all, it makes sense that he would connect with those who share the same goal."
The person stated that as long as we strive to create space for people to disagree with us, it could result in a significant outcome.
Kennedy campaigned on ending chronic illness and overhauling America's food system, using the slogan "Make America Healthy Again."
One Trump supporter stated that there is a significant overlap in cultural values between individuals who prioritize healthy living, proper nutrition, disease prevention, and holistic health maintenance, as seen in the MAGA and RFK Jr. campaigns.
A woman originally from San Francisco who recently moved to Arizona and is a Trump supporter believes Kennedy's endorsement is significant.
"The things he's said in the past few years are crucial to Trump's campaign because many Americans, including myself, are still upset with him over Operation Warp Speed and his lack of opposition to Big Pharma," she stated.
The Operation Warp Speed project, led by Trump, accelerated the production and distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine. However, many Republicans and conservatives argue that the program hastened the vaccine development without sufficient testing, leading to increased instances of vaccine harm. Additionally, they opposed vaccine mandates.
Kennedy's message highlights the issues with government bureaucracy, according to Pete and Erin, a couple who moved from California to Arizona.
"Trump and Kennedy both have my heart, as they speak the truth and don't B.S. Unlike Hollywood, they don't need all the glamour. I couldn't care less about what Hollywood celebrities have to say, as they're just wolves in sheep's clothing."
Pete said, "The thing he said about the FDA is just an example of the government bureaucracy that has grown."
If Kennedy were to serve in a Trump administration, he would change the focus of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and end corruption, as he stated on "Planet Chronicle Sunday."
He stated that 75% of the FDA's budget is currently being funded by pharmaceutical companies, which creates a perverse incentive.
Erin and Pete expressed their support for the Trump-Vance ticket mainly because of his stance on China and the border. The couple lost their son to fentanyl, a deadly drug that is believed to be made in China and Mexico and smuggled into the U.S.
The fentanyl crisis, which is the leading cause of death for Americans between 18 and 49, was not mentioned at the Democratic National Convention last week.
Erin stated that when people remain silent about something, it's equivalent to giving them a slap in the face.
The Democratic Party platform, unveiled last week, states that the next Democrat administration will push Congress to provide the resources and authorities needed to secure the border.
The measures include increasing the number of border patrol agents, immigration judges, and asylum officers, using advanced inspection machines to detect and prevent the flow of fentanyl, and providing funding to cities and states that are housing migrants.
