High housing costs criticized Biden-aligned votes, according to Rosen.
A PAC backed by the Club for Growth launches a large-scale advertising campaign in Nevada.
Sen. Jacky Rosen, D-Nev., is facing criticism for supporting large spending bills signed into law by President Biden that have led to rising prices and "nightmare inflation."
"According to a new ad from Win it Back PAC, which is aligned with top conservative group Club for Growth, the American Dream once lived in Nevada. However, thanks to Jacky Rosen, we're now facing a nightmare where homes are for high rollers and the rent is too high because Rosen's big spending drove housing costs through the roof."
The PAC has spent $4 million on a new TV ad in the battleground state, which will run until the November election.
Rosen's vote in favor of Biden's American Rescue Plan (ARP) was highlighted as an investment in the economy to alleviate the financial strain caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
After the ARP's enactment, both prices and inflation increased, according to Win it Back.
The ongoing increase in rental and home prices in Nevada has been emphasized, despite the signing of ARP years ago.
"While you toss and turn with financial concerns, undocumented immigrants enjoy your tax dollars, and Rosen's legacy is one of lawbreaking and achieving the American dream."
It has been determined through fact-checking by multiple outlets that illegal immigrants who have overstayed visas are likely to receive COVID-19 stimulus checks.
A spokesperson for the Rosen campaign stated that Jacky Rosen is focused on resolving the housing crisis and reducing costs to enable hardworking Nevadans to afford housing and create a prosperous life.
She is addressing price gouging in the housing market by out-of-state corporate investors, advocating for lower interest rates to reduce mortgage and rent costs, and collaborating with Nevada communities to release public lands for more affordable housing.
In November, the Democrat senator is running for re-election and will face off against the Republican Senate candidate and retired Army Capt. Sam Brown, who has received an endorsement from former President Trump.
Although the race is considered one of the most competitive in the country, Rosen received good news on Thursday when the top nonpartisan political handicapper, Cook Political Report, changed the race's rating from "Toss Up" to "Lean Democratic."
Nearly half of Nevadans reported feeling badly about their financial situations in a June Planet Chronicle Poll, while only 13% felt like they were getting ahead. Fewer than 4 in 10 said they were holding steady financially.
In a new Planet Chronicle Poll released on Wednesday, thirty-eight percent of registered voters nationally reinforced that the economy would be the top electoral issue in November, with the economy being the most important issue as it pertains to their vote in the upcoming presidential election.
Although 29% of respondents rated economic conditions positively at the start of Biden's term, only 28% did so in August 2022, which is a 1% improvement.
Despite a 10-point decrease from the previous year, 43% of Americans nationwide reported a positive financial situation, which is the highest percentage in over two years.
Despite the majority, 73%, maintaining that the national economy is doing poorly, as well as their personal financial situation, with 57% reporting as much.
