The Heritage Foundation and Heritage Action for America are launching a $1 million public education campaign to urge the "prompt confirmation" of President-elect Donald Trump's Cabinet appointees, focusing on the home states of key senators who could "make or break" the confirmation process, according to Planet Chronicle Digital.

The campaign will also inform the American public about the president's power to appoint members of the Cabinet.

"Dr. Kevin Roberts, president of the Heritage Foundation and Heritage Action for America, stated on Planet Chronicle Digital that taking down the deep state is not only a priority for President Trump but also a mandate from the American people. If he succeeds, he will be remembered as the president who confronted Washington's unaccountable bureaucracy and returned power to the people."

Trump's Cabinet choices reflect a commitment to the mission, and now is the time for every conservative to quickly unite behind his nominees and get to work saving this great republic, as Roberts stated.

The Heritage Foundation, led by Executive Vice President Ryan Walker, stated that it and its "millions of grassroots conservatives are prepared to back President Trump and his nominees during a rapid Senate confirmation procedure."

The new Senate GOP majority must prioritize delivering on the America First agenda as soon as possible, according to Walker's statement to Planet Chronicle Digital.

The organization intends to utilize all available advocacy tools to ensure that Trump's Cabinet nominees receive timely advice-and-consent consideration in the Senate, as per the founders' vision.

Steve Bradbury, the former general counsel to the U.S. Department of Transportation under Trump and a distinguished fellow at the Heritage Foundation, believes that Trump is correct in demanding a return to the regular constitutional order for appointments, where the Senate provides expedited consideration and a prompt confirmation vote for his nominees.

""The Senate's advice and consent function is vital to our constitutional system of separated powers, but it should not be used to hinder the president's ability to appoint qualified individuals. Additionally, the president is justified in demanding an end to the Senate's questionable practice of using pro forma sessions to prevent recess appointments," Bradbury stated."

Historically, presidents have used their power under the Constitution to make temporary appointments to fill Senate vacancies during recesses.

The president's recess appointment power is crucial to counterbalance the Senate's advice and consent role, and it is appropriate for him to exercise this authority if the Senate fails to provide fair and timely consideration of his nominees, as stated.

Trump has already appointed most of his key Cabinet members and is "assured" that Senate Republicans "will maintain their commitment and uphold the wishes of the American people by endorsing his cabinet nominees."

The transition official stated that Trump is content with Vance, who has been concentrating on selecting highly qualified nominees.

Trump's second administration is announcing his nominees and picks at a faster pace than his first administration in 2016, due to his commitment to prioritizing "America first."

President Trump was re-elected by a significant margin, allowing him to fulfill his campaign promises and prioritize putting America first. Trump's Cabinet picks will be highly qualified individuals with the necessary skills to help him Make America Great Again, as Trump-Vance transition spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt previously stated to Planet Chronicle Digital.
