Dem strategists advise Harris to strike the right balance at the DNC and seize the momentum.
One Dem strategist predicts that Harris will adopt a more assertive tone in her communication.
To succeed at the Democratic National Convention, Vice President Kamala Harris must strike a balance between sharing her record with voters and focusing on the future, as Democratic strategists emphasize the importance of enhancing her momentum as the race progresses into the general election.
The Democratic National Convention commences in Chicago on Monday and concludes on Thursday with Harris officially accepting the Democratic presidential nomination.
Since President Biden suspended his re-election campaign and Vice President Harris launched her own, top Democrats and supporters from across the nation are expected to unite behind her and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.
Planet Chronicle Digital is being told by Democrat strategists that Harris must capitalize on the "growing voter excitement."
"Brad Bannon, a Democrat strategist, pollster, and President of Bannon Communications Research, advised Planet Chronicle Digital that the most crucial action is to maintain the momentum by keeping the ball rolling. He stated that Vice President Kamala Harris had seized the opportunity after President Biden stepped away and had achieved significant successes, including raising a lot of money quickly, solidifying her hold on the nomination, and making a popular pick in Walz."
Max Burns, founder of Third Degree Strategies, a Democrat firm, stated to Planet Chronicle Digital that there is enthusiasm.
Burns stated that the polls and voter excitement indicate that Democrats have successfully launched Kamala Harris as their nominee. Now, she will have the opportunity to share her story with a vast, national audience during the convention, as she has chosen Walz as her running mate.
Burns predicted that the DNC would have a festive atmosphere rather than a dull political gathering.
A Democratic source advised Harris and Walz to continue their actions.
According to Kaivan Shroff, a Democratic strategist, New York delegate, and former digital organizer at Hillary for America, the Harris-Walz campaign should prioritize discussing their future policy proposals rather than focusing on their past record.
"While the Biden-Harris administration's accomplishments will be widely known, it is not enough for voters, who prioritize future actions over past achievements."
Shroff emphasized the importance of Democrats striking a balance between highlighting their accomplishments and focusing on the future.
The team of Democrats organizing the event is "remarkable," according to Shroff.
"The production value will leave a lasting impression," he stated. "I will closely examine how the Harris digital operation leverages storytelling and critical moments to engage those who were not present."
Bannon stated on Planet Chronicle Digital that it is unlikely that Harris will significantly distance herself from the Biden administration's policies.
Bannon referenced Harris' recently unveiled economic policy plan, which she released on Friday. The plan aims to establish federal price controls to prevent "price gouging" on groceries during inflation.
""Biden's economic program is a big step that I had hoped he would take months ago, and it shows a difference in economic policy and tone compared to Biden's," Bannon said."
Bannon predicts that Harris' campaign will be more aggressive than Biden's.
"Bannon stated on Planet Chronicle Digital that Biden portrayed himself as a soothing presence in a divided country, but he predicted that Harris would adopt a more confrontational approach."
The day after Biden stepped aside, she set the tone for being much more aggressive.
