Before Trump's inauguration, a New York judge sets sentencing.
Trump will have the choice to attend his sentencing hearing in person or virtually.
On Friday, the denial of President-elect Trump's bid to dismiss his conviction in the New York criminal hush money case was announced.
Judge Juan Merchan of New York rejected Trump's plea to overturn the verdict in the case due to the Supreme Court's ruling on presidential immunity.
Trump's other motions to dismiss the case are still being reviewed by Merchan.
The president-elect will have the option to appear in person or virtually at the sentencing on January 10 at 9:30 a.m.
