Before issuing a warning to GOP senators, Trump appoints Herschel Walker and Nicole McGraw as ambassadors.
Trump praised his selection of "Highly Skilled Individuals" for key positions.
Trump announced his latest ambassador nominations on social media and cautioned Senate Republicans against making any deals with Democrats.
The Republican leader announced Herschel Walker as his nominee for U.S. ambassador to the Bahamas. Walker, a devoted Trump supporter, ran for the U.S. Senate in 2022 from Georgia.
"I am delighted to nominate Herschel Walker as the United States Ambassador to the Commonwealth of the Bahamas," Trump's statement read. "Herschel has devoted many years to representing our country's youth, military personnel, and athletes both domestically and internationally."
Trump praised Walker, a former NFL player and Heisman Trophy winner, for his successful business ventures and philanthropic work in the first Trump administration.
"Congratulations Herschel! You will make Georgia, and our entire Nation, proud, because we know you will always put AMERICA FIRST!"
Trump named Nicole McGraw as his choice for U.S. ambassador to Croatia, describing her as a "philanthropist, businesswoman, and world-renowned art collector."
"Nicole, a Southern Methodist University graduate with a BFA in Art History and Studio Art, has led CANVAS Art Charities and raised millions of dollars for neglected and abused children as a Board Member of Place of Hope. Congratulations!"
Trump issued nominations and then cautioned Senate Republicans against cooperating with Democrats to expedite the confirmation process this month.
""I won the biggest mandate in 129 years. I will make my appointments of Very Qualified People in January when I am sworn in. To all Senate Republicans: NO DEAL WITH DEMOCRATS TO FAST TRACK NOMINATIONS AT THE END OF THIS CONGRESS," Trump wrote."
