After receiving the nation's top civilian award from Biden, Musk lashes out at Soros in a series of posts, accusing him of having a "hatred of humanity."
The Presidential Medal of Freedom was recently bestowed upon Soros.
Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and Space X, has criticized liberal megadonor George Soros following President Biden's decision to award him the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
"A travesty that Biden is giving Soros the Medal of Freedom," Musk tweeted last week, reacting to the news that the nation's highest civilian honor would be presented to Soros, whose financial empire has been used to fund campaigns of progressive politicians, legislation, ballot measures, and initiatives.
In a previous post, Musk described Soros as a "genius" in arbitrage, finance, and politics, but expressed a wish that he loved humanity instead of hating it.
"According to a report, George Soros's hatred of humanity extends to Israel, as he has been accused of funding Hamas-supporting NGOs."
Musk shared a meme of Biden awarding the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Emperor Palpatine from "Star Wars," and quipped, "George Soros looks great in this photo. It must be the lighting."
Musk accused Soros of spending "billions to create the fake asylum-seeker nightmare that is destroying America and Europe," as shown in a screenshot Musk posted on his website.
Giorgia Meloni, the Italian Prime Minister, stated that Musk is not a threat to democracy, but rather George Soros is.
"And Soros is being defeated," Musk responded.
Since 1984, Soros, a prominent Democrat donor, has given over $32 billion to his Open Society Foundations, which supports candidates worldwide who share his progressive agenda.
George Soros being awarded the Medal of Freedom by President Biden is a disrespectful move towards the citizens and crime victims who have been negatively impacted by his promoted policies and politicians, according to Zack Smith, Heritage Foundation legal fellow and co-author of "Rogue Prosecutors: How Radical Soros Lawyers Are Destroying America's Communities," in a recent interview with Planet Chronicle Digital.
"The Biden administration's decision to give George Soros the Presidential Medal of Freedom appears to be a reward for his support of far-left politicians and policies that undermine the rule of law in our country. This decision not only tarnishes the prestige of the award but also further alienates everyday Americans from the current administration's actions."
Many experts and analysts have long accused Soros of contributing to rising crime in major cities through his support of liberal district attorneys and policies such as ending cash bail or lowering sentencing requirements.
In November, over half of the 25 district attorneys linked to George Soros were defeated or recalled, indicating a growing opposition to progressive policies that some argue have contributed to a rise in crime in the country.
The Open Society Foundations did not respond to Planet Chronicle Digital's request for comment.
