Greene stated that she was "devastated" by the fatal accident, which she claimed resulted in the death of a woman and the injury of a police officer.
An innocent woman died today in an auto accident involving a member of the Rome Police bomb squad who was responding to a threat at her home.
"The violent political threats have dire consequences, putting an excessive burden on our law enforcement who must take them seriously. An officer was responding to protect someone's life, but now a woman has lost her life due to this vile act. My thoughts are with Tammie Pickelsimer, her family, the injured officer, and the entire Rome Police Department."
Throughout her updates, Greene accused the perpetrator of the call of committing murder, appearing visibly angry.
She expressed her anger and frustration, stating that she was nauseated and hoping the situation would never occur again.
She thanked Rome PD for safeguarding the city and risking their own safety.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
