Conrad Orlando in Orlando, Florida

This hotel, set to launch in the first quarter of 2024, will feature 433 rooms, including 61 suites of varying sizes.

You can enjoy a relaxing vacation at the hotel, which is part of Evermore Orlando Resort, located three miles away from Walt Disney World. The resort offers a shuttle service to take you there. Cataloochee Ranch in Maggie Valley, North Carolina

Haywood County will open the Cataloochee Ranch on March 14, 2024.

The ranch, established almost a century ago, is not classified as a new construction.

The restaurant will now feature redesigned interior spaces, wraparound terraces, and a restaurant that combines Appalachian cuisine with French culinary techniques.

Manasota Key Resort in Manasota Key, Florida

This newly re-imagined property, which welcomes guests since December 2023, is definitely worth highlighting due to its serene embrace.

Nestled amidst the mangrove forests of Lemon Bay, the five-acre, 83-key retreat lies between the Gulf of Mexico and the bay.
