Recently, two paramedics got married in an unusual setting for their wedding.

Sarah Marshall, 37, of Newton Stewart Station, and her husband, Wayne Marshall, 37, of Castle Douglas Station, exchanged vows at the Creebridge House Hotel with an ambulance present.

In Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland, the Scottish Ambulance Service employs both the couple.

According to SWNS, Wayne Marshall stated that the couple's experience was fantastic and enjoyable as they spent the day with friends, family, co-workers, both past and present.

He said that "the whole day was amazing."

The couple successfully deceived our guests into believing we had misplaced the rings, only for one of them to discover them concealed beneath her seat, he admitted.

Over eight years, Wayne Marshall has worked in the health care service, first as a technician for five years and then as a paramedic for three years, according to the same source.

"It was necessary to have an ambulance present for some photos as we encountered each other through the service," he stated.

"Fortunately, an off-duty coworker agreed to bring a non-functional car for the event," said Marshall.

"We each have a deep understanding of the job and [its] challenges."

The pair became friends quickly once they met on the job.

Sarah Marshall stated that she and her coworkers have a thorough comprehension of their job and the challenges they may encounter during challenging shifts due to their shared relationship.

Our friends and colleagues were not taken aback and have been supportive of our relationship.

She stated that they feel equally comfortable at both stations and are delighted that a large number of colleagues attended their wedding.
