Maye Musk, Elon Musk's mother, is straightforward about nutrition.

On Fox Business' "The Bottom Line," Musk discussed "Make America Healthy Again," a wellness initiative led by former President Donald J. Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., which emphasizes consuming healthier foods.

For 40 years, she ran her private practice and observed numerous diet-related health issues.

Musk stated that the primary concerns were obesity, high cholesterol, hypertension, and diabetes.

"As they altered their diets, their blood test results improved, resulting in a decrease in the cost of treating these patients."

Musk emphasized the importance of communities working together for better health.

She emphasized the importance of teaching individuals to make healthier eating choices and fostering a sense of community in doing so.

"It's challenging when your community enjoys consuming large amounts of food and you must restrain yourself."

Musk, a proud grandmother of 14 grandchildren, ensures the health of her family by providing nutritious foods and snacks.

"My home will never have chips and cookies," she joked, mimicking her grandkids' saying, "I've got no food."

Musk also alluded to the addictive nature of unhealthy foods.

You can't stop once you begin, she stated.

"And so I’d rather not start with them."

Musk prefers healthier options such as fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, cereal, and whole-wheat bread instead of processed foods.

Previously, Mus attributed her "flexitarian diet" to her optimal appearance and well-being.

A dietary style that emphasizes plant-based foods and moderate meat consumption is described as more "flexible" than vegetarianism.
