A recent report by CBS's 60 Minutes, The Insider, and Der Spiegel uncovered new evidence that hundreds of U.S. government employees who experienced sudden neurological symptoms known as Havana Syndrome may have been targeted by Russia with a weapon that utilizes directed energy.

According to Mark Zaid, the lawyer for 24 US government employees with Havana Syndrome, there are several reasons why the US does not want to blame Moscow, including the fact that the incident is an act of war.

An explosive report from the U.S. intelligence community last year ruled out foreign involvement as a cause of Havana Syndrome. The lead military investigator stated that proving Russia's involvement was set impossibly high.

An FBI counterintelligence agent, known as "Carrie," was interviewed by CBS. She was investigating a suspected Russian agent who was caught in the US during a high-speed police car chase. During this investigation, she experienced symptoms that she believes were the result of an attack using a directed energy weapon, like the one Moscow has boasted about producing for its intelligence service.

Carrie described the sensation as a high-pitched metallic drilling noise that pushed her forward, causing pressure and pain to flow through her right ear, down her jaw, and into her chest, according to 60 Minutes.

The Defense Intelligence Agency's investigation into Havana Syndrome was led by retired Lt Col Greg Edgreen, who ran the Pentagon's investigation.

Edgreen, who works at the Defense Intelligence Agency, noticed that his top-performing officers were being impacted. This wasn't happening to the worst or middle-range officers. Instead, it was affecting the top five officers across the agency, who had a Russia nexus. These officers had worked against Russia, focused on Russia, and performed exceptionally well.

Edgreen said he believed it was Russia from the start.

Intelligence officers and diplomats working abroad are being removed from their posts with traumatic brain injuries and neutralized, according to Edgreen.

A senior U.S. defense department official received medical treatment for Havana Syndrome symptoms at NATO's Vilnius Summit last summer, as reported by 60 Minutes.

Edgreen warned that there are no limitations on what Moscow can do, whom they can attack, and that if we don't confront this issue directly, it will only worsen.

Evidence found in a police car chase near Key West four years ago linked the suspected attackers to a Russian military intelligence hit squad, GRU Unit 29155. The search of the car revealed handwritten notes of bank accounts, a device that can erase the car's computer data, and the driver's Russian passport. Receipts linked the attackers to the GRU Unit 29155, which tried to kill former Russian military agent Sergei Skripal in London and poisoned Putin opposition Alexei Navalny. The same investigators from The Insider tracked down the members of Unit 29155 and confronted them on camera with the help of reporters three years ago as part of a separate investigation.

Zaid revealed to Planet Chronicle that the new evidence includes specific Russian individuals who were captured by local law enforcement in the United States, as well as geotechnical information showing that certain Russians were in the exact vicinity of attacks in particular countries and around the world.

Individuals, such as Adam, who adopted a pseudonym and was believed to be Patient Zero following a debilitating auditory sensation that prevented him from walking or moving while working covertly in Havana in 2016, expressed relief upon hearing the new reporting.

Adam informed FOX that receipts were retrieved from the GRU 29155 group, which clearly indicate they are weapons systems and a weapons program.

In an interview with Planet Chronicle, Adam stated that he was not surprised by Russia's recent announcement of neutralizing hundreds of Western spies, as Putin had previously discussed new technologies such as acoustic weapon systems and RF (radio frequency) systems in the press.

For years, victims, including him, have claimed to have been gaslit by their former agency employers. An investigation by the intelligence community found no evidence of foreign involvement in July.

"We take this very seriously," White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated to reporters at the White House Monday. "This is why we have taken an all-government approach and have instructed agencies to carry out the three actions I mentioned."

According to Matthew Miller, the Spokesman for the State Department, the intelligence community has concluded since March 2023 that it is unlikely that foreign adversaries are responsible for the anomalous health incidents.

The ODNI states that the investigation is ongoing and will consider any new evidence that emerges, while acknowledging that the findings do not undermine the validity of the experiences and symptoms reported by colleagues and their families.

Havana Syndrome victims' lawyer, Zaid, describes how his clients experienced computer and phone malfunctions during what they believe were attacks.

Zaid informed FOX that there are technological issues surrounding them, such as their phone battery swelling up in the case and almost exploding, breaking apart, or computers malfunctioning while they were working on them. Additionally, the computer screens would display unusual behavior that computer screens typically do not exhibit. This does not occur in isolation.

And then there are the victims’ pets.

Zaid stated that the pets who reveal their suffering and do not experience mass psychosis due to external influences must indicate that whatever is happening is causing harm. As a result, at some point, it becomes clear that this phenomenon is being used to harm people. Although it may still have a dual purpose, it has been weaponized.
