On Sunday morning, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that the Israel Air Force (IAF) had killed Farouk Amin Alasi, the Hezbollah commander of the Khiam area.
Alasi was responsible for carrying out numerous anti-tank missile and rocket attacks against Israeli communities in the Galilee Panhandle, with a particular focus on Metula.
In the Khiam area, Yousef Ahmad Nun, a Radwan Forces company commander, was killed by the IDF. He was responsible for launching rocket and anti-tank missile attacks against Israeli communities in the Galilee area and IDF troops operating in the area.
The IDF reported that two Hezbollah leaders responsible for over 400 attacks on Israel in October were killed one day after the claim.
The IDF continues to engage in military operations in southern Lebanon, eliminating Radwan Forces and Hezbollah terrorists through aerial strikes and close-quarters combat. Additionally, the troops discovered significant quantities of Hezbollah weaponry.

The IDF is still carrying out military operations in the central and southern Gaza Strip, searching for weapons and eliminating terrorist groups.
Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon are being targeted by IDF soldiers through limited, localized, and targeted raids. The troops are working with the IAF to locate weapons and eliminate terrorists while damaging Hezbollah's infrastructure.
