The Ministry of Human Rights in the UAE is closely monitoring the case of the missing Moldovan citizen, Zvi Kogan, and is in close contact with his family to provide them with all means of necessary support.
"The press release stated that His Excellency emphasized that the Ministry of Interior (MoI) is actively working to find the missing person, with the relevant authorities in the UAE beginning search operations and investigations immediately after receiving the report."
The Chabad movement requested its social media followers to pray for the missing rabbi on Saturday.
On X, Chabad.org reported that Rabbi Zvi Kogan, the Chabad-Lubavitch emissary to Abu Dhabi, UAE, has been missing since Thursday.
